You can have any UK make and model of mobile or park home on Atlantic Forest Park and you don’t have to pay the earth for it. When you order the home through the park you pay the recommended UK retail price, plus shipping plus the park going on fee. Shipping is normally £6,000 for a single unit and £12,000 for a twin and the park going on fee is €15,000 (about £11,000) paid directly to the park. Park Homes From Just £27,350, all inclusive!
Before you decide on a UK built home you may want to consider one of our own manufacture’s homes made here in Spain. They are all guaranteed for 5 years and if you want even easier maintenance the clad your home in Canexel which has a 25 year warranty. There are a variety of optional extras including preinstalled air conditioning which some residents enjoy in the warmer months.
Here we see the smallest of our homes, the Ocean 24'x12', this model is ideal for holidays and shorter stays on the park. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room just in case of unexpected guests. The open plan living area includes the kitchen and dining area as well as the ample built in sofa. With an all inclusive on the park price of just £27,350 it's great value for money.
The 30'x12' Holiday for £35,990 all inclusive
The second home in the range is the Holiday 30”x12” which starts at £35,990 and comes with similar furnishings and equipment to the Ocean but is considerably larger and this space is particularly evident in the living area which boasts a very large seating area and is ideal for entertaining. The accommodation is a double bedroom and a twin with sofa bed in the living area. This house has a few extra finishing touches like the heater for the cooler evenings and as such is suitable for longer occupancy and year round use.
The Atlantic range starts at £44,600 for the 37'x13'
Next in the range is the Atlantic 33'x13' which is priced at just £36,920 then we have the larger Atlantic Deluxe 37’x13’ priced at £44,600, this model is worth the little extra because apart from the increase in space you get great features like a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and large patio doors from the living room which open out onto your deck so that you can enjoy the great outdoor living the climate allows.
The Super Deluxe 40'x14' on the park for just £49,600
Currently the last in the range and the ultimate in Park living is the Atlantic Super Deluxe 40’x14’ priced at £49,600 it has all the features of the others and an incredible amount of space throughout. Here we see one belonging to one of our first residents of the park, with a huge deck and already a great garden.
